The hotel is situated in the central part of the town of Abbadia San Salvatore, just a stone’s throw from the historical
centre, which plays host to a range of interesting events such as the Medieval festival in mid-July, the chestnut
festivals in Autumn and the traditional torchlight procession on Christmas Eve.
We are also in the vicinity of a number of sports centres for those who would like a game of tennis or a swim.
After your exertion, you can take a leisurely stroll along the Fosso Bianco path in the nearby district of Bagni San Filippo - noted for its special thermal waters, which stay piping hot even in the depths of winter.
The hotel, which is run by its owners, has 20 en suite guest bedrooms, a lift, a lounge, a reading room,
an in-house bar and a large, fully equipped terrace. Moreover, a great deal of passion is invested in the dishes
prepared in the hotel kitchen.

Our menus showcase the best of authentic Tuscan cuisine,
with pasta and desserts made in the hotel kitchen, as well
as lashings of olive oil and fine local wines.
You won’t want to miss our signature dish,
MELANZANE ALL’OLIMPIA (OLIMPIA
AUBERGINES/EGGPLANT),
which has been handed down across the generations. |

The hotel is delighted to welcome groups of day trippers,
even those who only want to stop for lunch.
The restaurant has 130 seats, and tourist menus are available. |
